FAQ
Frequently asked questions:
• Why is payment required up front for your services? Most digital media agencies make their clients do a consultation and after that meeting they will give you an estimate price for their services. This estimate is based on the client's needs and because of that they can overcharge you, if they so choose. Championship is not like other digital media agencies. Our prices are listed right here on our website, so by paying in advance you can feel satisfied knowing you're getting a fair price for our services. We understand this business model is not the norm, but our menu-styled pricing allows for a simplified way of explaining our services and eliminates the consultation all together. This is part of how we're doing marketing made simple.
• Why do I have to sign a contract? Our contract is a standard social media agency contract and outlines the expectations of our deliverables. This protects the client by ensuring they get exactly what they paid for and protects our agency from any bad apples who try to claim we didn't provide services rendered. We will walk through our contract with every client during the onboarding process and they will have 72 hours to sign it. Until the contract is signed the client can back out and get a full refund if requested. If the client does not sign the contract in the allotted time frame we will be unable to work with them and they will be fully refunded.
• Are there any hidden fees? Besides tax, there are no hidden fees from Championship. Our prices are as listed on our website. However, depending on your needs there may be additional costs on top of Championship's flat-rate fee. For example, if you're looking for a new website, a web hosting plan from WIX would cost an additional $25 a month on top of our rate. These extra costs would be the responsibility of the client but we would walk you through them in advance.
• If I purchase your "no commitment" social media service do you automatically charge me the following month? Our no commitment social media service is truly no commitment. Payments do not automatically renew (i.e. Netflix). You would have to come back to our website each month and purchase another package to continue our services. This gives you the option to continue month-to-month, upgrade to one of our longer commitment-based packages (which are cheaper by the way), or discontinue our services all together if you so choose.
• How long do you consider "one month" during your one month of social media management package? We define "one month" as 30 days beginning the first day we start posting to your social media pages. This ensures you receive a true 30 days worth of content and the time is not diluted during the onboarding process.
• Do I have to live in the Racine, WI area to use your services? No. Most of our work is done digitally online and because of that we're able to offer our services to nearly anyone no matter their location.
• Do you offer any discounts for nonprofit organizations? Yes! We offer a 50% discount to all nonprofit organizations. Before you purchase any of our packages please reach out to us so we can provide you the discount code. We'll ask for verifying documents during this process to confirm your nonprofit status.
• What is a social media audit? We provide a social media audit to all of our clients at the beginning of all of our social media packages. This audit includes an in-depth analysis at how your social pages are currently doing, which posts are getting the most organic traffic, and which direction we think is best for your page. The social media audit is offered only once at the beginning of our social media service, but is then followed by page analytics every 30 days to accurately measure page growth.
• How will I receive documents such as my social media audit and analytics? Are they printed and mailed to me? Any and all documents the client receives from Championship will be PDFs sent via email. We do not offer printing services at this time. Our contract will also be sent via email and will need a digital signature.
• Why do you only offer Facebook and Instagram in your social media packages? We've found that most small business owners typically only know of/want Facebook social media services, so we decided that's what we'll master. We added Instagram to our packages because they're owned by Meta along with Facebook. We have experience on many other platforms so if you're looking for something specific outside of Facebook and Instagram, feel free to reach out to us and we'll work with you to see if we can create a custom package that fits your needs.
• What if I want to use your social media services but don't yet have any pages set up? If you don't currently have any social media pages we can assist you in setting one up with any of our social media management packages free of charge.
• Do I have to give you my social media password and login information? You can if you want to but you don't have to, it's entirely up to you. Some people want a presence on social media but don't want any part of the inner workings so they choose to give an agency complete control including the login information. If you're not comfortable with that you can grant us posting access via your page's settings, this would allow us to post to your page without giving us access to any other features. Alternatively, the last option is for us to create the content and give it to you so you can post it on your own. If you choose this option we won't have any access to your page, however, once you receive the content our services will be considered rendered, whether you upload the content or not.
• Can you help me with live videos, such as Facebook Live? Unfortunately we do not offer any live video services at this time.
• Will you crosspost content? Yes. Crossposting is when you post the same piece of content across multiple social media platforms. Facebook and Instagram both have very different demographics so someone who follows your Facebook page may not follow your Instagram and vice versa. Our social media packages offer one post a day on both Facebook and Instagram, so that means every day we'll crosspost one piece of content on both sites.
• If you design a logo for me who owns the rights to it? Any work that Championship does is 100% owned by the client. No matter if it's logo work, web design, or social media graphics, all of it is client owned.
• Are you able to help me design and get merchandise for my business (shirts, hats, banners, etc.)? Championship is looking to add more services in the future and merchandise creation is one of these services. Currently we do not offer any merchandise services
• What if there's a digital marketing service I need but you don't have it listed on your website? We plan to add additional services in the future as we continue to grow, but for now feel free to reach out to us and we'll work with you to see if we can create a custom package that fits your needs.
• Who designed your awesome logo and website? We did! Everything you see on this website and our social media pages was created in-house.
• Why are you called Championship? Because we're the digital media champions! Also because we're huge pro wrestling fans.
• What's your favorite pro wrestling event? Honestly, it's hard to top Wrestlemania 30. However, we also loved AEW All Out 2021, not only because it was a great show, but because we saw it in person.
